Spend over $55 and you’ll receive free shipping within Australia through Australia Post

Packaging

All orders within Australia are discretely packaged in plain white plastic satchels ( Refer to diagram below )The sender’s name appears as ‘CPC Pty Ltd’ on the satchel. All packages are delivered through Australia Post or a well respected courier service. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been placed. You can track your parcel in our Information section under the Tracking sub title. All orders are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are discreetly processed, packaged and delivered. You will only be contacted when absolutely required.

Processing

We ship Australia and New Zealand wide and guarantee your order will be processed and sent within 24 hours of us receiving it. Cut off time for Friday is 2PM CST.

Shipping Times

South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania will take between two and five days.

Western Australia and Northern Territory will take between two to seven days

Standard Post two to seven days – AU$9.90 per order (Free shipping on orders over $55)

Regional areas can take a little longer than the metro areas.

Australia Post offer two services on their standard shipping.The standard shipping service offers two options.

Service 1 – Signature on delivery (Advisable )

If address unattended a calling card will be left so the product can be collected from your nearest post office. We highly recommend and guarantee this service.

Service 2 – Authority to leave

Using this service allows the parcel to be left without being signed for. If there is no access or any factors untoward, Australia Post will leave a calling card so the product can be collected at the nearest post office. If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address.

Express Post – 1 to 3 days – $12.50 per bag

Using this service allows the parcel to be left without being signed for. If there is no access or any factors untoward, Australia Post will leave a calling card so the product can be collected at the nearest post office.If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address. This service does not require your signature when the parcel is delivered. Regional areas can take a little longer than the metro areas.
