All orders within Australia are discretely packaged in plain white plastic satchels. The sender’s name appears as a non-descriptive ‘CPC Pty Ltd’ on the satchel. Your address and details will be as you have entered in your shopping cart. The products will be wrapped in bubble wrap and or cardboard for protection which will conceal any shape for your privacy.

If you change your mind before the product has left our warehouse the order can be cancelled or changed. This time frame is normally about 24 hours but occasionally up to 48 hours. Due to health regulations we cannot accept products back for exchange or refund unless they are faulty. Because we cannot be completely confident a product has not been used, we cannot put that product back in to stock and then on-sell it.

Yes. We will send you a confirmation email once Australia Post or the courier company has collected the parcel. You will have a tracking number on the email for future reference.

No credit card numbers are storage with the online platform that we use. Neither the bank or our phone sales keep or have access to your numbers once they have been processed. If you do give your numbers over the phone to us they are destroyed in the correct manner.
This is dependent on what option you have chosen. Due to COVID-19 delivery services are under a great deal of strain compared to pre COVID. Standard deliveries are taking between 3-5 days whereas express delivery are taking 1-2 days. At anytime you can track your parcel once it has left our premises via the tracking number sent to you on the confirmation delivery email.
If you receive your toy and it is inoperative please go to our returns and exchange section and follow the troubleshooting steps for the applicable power source. If it is still inoperative after this please send the product back to us with all of the packaging and your invoice number. We will test and replace the product if it is still inoperative. We will also refund you for the postage on sending it back to us.
We allow a 24 hour period to pack and send your order to you. If your order is received before 2pm on a week day it will leave the same day. We have dedicated staff waiting to send your order as soon as it is received via email. There are few and far between occasions where an order will not leave on the same day. Weekend orders will leave first thing Monday morning.
If you are not home when there is an attempted delivery a calling card will be left letting you know where to collect your parcel from. That is normally the closest Post Office to your location. Parcels will be left by delivery drivers if it is deemed safe to do so. If there is no access and untoward factors, a calling card will be left for you.
As soon as your payment has been received your order will be packed and shipped. Once it has been collected you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will normally happen within 24 hours of you placing the order.
Most of our orders will leave within 24 hours so you have until it leaves the warehouse to change or cancel it.
